Apps for busy girls I find myself wondering “Isn’t there an app for that?” in lots of situations; between meetings,  yoga classes, dinner reservations and managing a social life, it’s pretty hard for a woman on-the-go to keep up with life’s demands. And yes, thanks to the smartphone and technology, there are lots of helpful apps that do a pretty good job of keeping us aligned. Make your busy life managable with the help of these apps that every young savvy woman should have on her device. At least they made my life a lot easier!

AroundMe:
This business traveler’s lifesaver finds the nearest café, pharmacy, gas station, dry cleaner, or bar anywhere in the world, then maps a route for you.

Evernote:
I love lists. Whether it’s making a work to-do list, planning a dinner party or tracking future topics to write about, lists definitely keep my life organized. And doesn’t it feel good to scratch things off on a list?! With Evernote, you can keep track of your life through recordings, notes, pictures, and categorize and organize it all.

Mint:
Mint is an awesome financial planning and management app that allows you to track your spending, set budgets, and find out when bills are due. With credit and debit cards, keeping track of spending can easily get out of hand. Mint will let you know if that new pair of heels you have been eyeing will either break the bank or be totally worth the money!

DinnerSpinner:
For those of you in a time crunch or not so well-versed in the kitchen, DinnerSpinner is a great app. Got only 20 minutes to whip something together before your friends come over and you have no idea what to make? Plug in your ingredients, the dish type, and how long you want to spend on it, and presto! Recipes at your fingertips!

NIKE Training Club:
There are a multitude of fitness apps on the market. However, Nike Training Club encompasses all your workout needs. The app features cardio, core, strength, balance, and flexibility exercises, workout videos, a training schedule, and even allows you to create your own workouts.

Stylebook:
Despite your closet full of clothes, sometimes you still don’t know what to wear? Stylebook’s virtual closet app allows you to manage everything from your favorite outfits to your sizes and style inspirations by taking pictures of your items and uploading them. It’s great for packing a suitcase and totally worth the time it takes in the first step and the 3,99€ (ok, I have been cheating here, it’s not free)!

Dragon Dictation:
Converts your spoken words into texts, e-mails, even facebook status updated and tweets. Surprisingly accurate and fast.
