Hello Friday! The perfect reason to mix some cocktails and welcome the weekend. My favourite spring cocktail is the Blushing Kiss Martini, and not simply because of its cute name. Fruity grapefruit, fresh rosemary and Lillet are the best companion for spring weekends. I’ll drink to that, cheers and happy weekend!
Ingredients (makes 1 cocktail):
- 1 part Gin
- 1 part Lillet
- 2 parts grapefruit juice
- 1 tsp simple syrup
- grapefruit wedge
- 1 sprig of rosemary
1. Shake all ingredients (add ice, if you like to) and pour through a fine strainer into a Martini glass. Garnish with grapefruit wedge and rosemary. Happy Friday!
